HIGHTEMP Furnaces Ltd. has reached an agreement with VAC AERO a Canda based furnace manufactures to set up a joint venture to serve the Indian market for vacuum heat-treating services and vacuum furnaces. The joint venture, known as HIGHTEMP VAC AERO Pvt. Ltd. is located near Bangalore in a new building and in a complex 40,000 sft plant.

VAC AERO International is a privately owned company founded in 1959 to provide heat treating services to aerospace and high technology industries. Since then, the company has expanded to serve a global customer base with a number of products and services related to heat treating and special processes. VAC AERO’s head office and three production facilities are located near Toronto, Ontario. The Quebec Division is situated in the heart of the province’s aerospace community with plants in St. Laurent and Boucherville, Quebec. VAC AERO Kalisz Sp. z.o.o (Kalisz, Poland), VAC AERO Manufacturing Polska Sp. z o.o. (Swiebodzin, Poland), and VAC AERO Rzeszow Office (Rzeszow, Poland) serve VAC AERO customers in Europe and Russia.
