High pressure gas quench furnaces
With pressure ratings of 6 bar, 10 bar and higher, VAC AERO high pressure gas quench furnace designs are based on extensive research into gas quenching.
For increased versatility, VAC AERO integral oil quench furnaces can also be equipped for gas quenching.
All our furnaces include state-of-the-art control systems with standard digital control programming or advanced PC-based control. The control systems contain built-in safety interlock and alarm features that protect both the furnace and the load from overheating, loss of vacuum or other unsafe operating conditions.
