- High temperature vacuum brazing of numerous materials including steels, stainless steels, copper alloys, superalloys, titanium and ceramics.
- High temperature vacuum heat treating.
- Vacuum oil quenching.
- High pressure inert gas quenching.

This approach has been a key element in the growth of VAC AERO’s coating operations since 1968, when the company first began offering coating services to the aerospace and commercial sectors. HIGHTEMP VACAERO has gained on this experience and expertise, and offers Coatings services for our customers out of Bangalore facilities. The complex problems of oxidation and corrosion protection for components that are exposed to harsh service environments require solutions that use the correct combination of coating material and application technique.

- Thermal Barrier Protection Metallic bond coats with ceramic top coats for combustor applications.
